The Gearhead trade finally hits this week. I say finally, not because it was late… ’cause it’s not. I say finally, because fanboys have been waiting patiently for a collected version of this runaway indie hit from ’07.
This out-of-the-box, in-your-face story piqued reader’s interest with an alternate take to the mainstream anti-hero and the post-modern superhero setting. While I enjoyed the story, what really stood out for me was the amazing pencils from K.W. Mellon and the equally talented color work from Alexey Stekhov.
