If you’re anything like me, then you are constantly looking for new titles to add to your reading list, but in a sea of comics, it’s easy to gloss over the stand-outs. Case in point, The Node Chronicles. I would have probably overlooked this one, but after a second glance, I found out that this is no ordinary series…
On the outside, a normal run-of-the-mill adventure story, but in actuality, it is the first fully animated interactive comic series. This is a concept that I have found fascinating for a very long time, so when I stumbled upon the series, of course, I was intrigued. Once you download the app, with a few simple clicks, you can interact with the different elements of the story and spring the characters to life. Within the app, there are countless elements and levels to unlock that coincide with the characters. Outside of the lore, there’s a strong tie to education, so as you level up, you’ll pick up a thing or two about technology in the real world.
