Sony pictures has confirmed that Marc Webb will be directing the new Spider-Man reboot… seriously. Sure, everyone liked (500) Days of Summer, but seriously?!? Marc Webb gets Spider-Man 4? He is primarily known for making music videos (Marc’s IMDB entry). I was already bummed that as lifelong fans we will have to sit through Peter Parker getting bitten again, but now it’s going all MTV-style… maybe Spider-Man 3 wasn’t that bad, huh?
