The team of Paul Dini and Kenneth Rocafort have done it again! In the penultimate issue of the first season of Madame Mirage, action is abound! The sisters get an epiphany about their mission, the aftermath and what “Mirage” has evolved into. Meanwhile, the ASI step up their game and the results leave the readers with a very classic and dramatic cliffhanger.
Mr. Dini tells a fantastically fun story, set in a dark future full of techno-intrigue and over the top characters. The enjoyable plot goes hand in hand with Rocafort’s incredible art. From his splash pages to his action scenes to his dramatic poses, he makes Madame Mirage a blast to look even if you aren’t liking the plot (and if that true, odds are you should probably switch from comics to stamps anyways!).
